FINAL – Winter Series Show Jumping Championships 2021/22

The last event of our Winter Series Show Jumping Championships 2021-22: Final March 6th. You don’t need to have previously attended, just come and join in the final fun event!

Our long running Winter Series is back for its 14th year, open to ALL AGES. Benefit from an all-round professional Show Jumping experience, but in a relaxed, friendly, encouraging atmosphere.  The final of 4 events is on 6th March, please come and join, you don’t need to have previously attended!

Welcome to our Winter Series Show Jumping Championships 2021/22!  NEW Online entry via HorseMonkey (with entries on the day depending on availability). Pre-entry of competitors will allow us to provide more accurate class timings throughout the day.  All proceeds support Muirfield Riding Therapy, a member group of RDA UK, providing pioneering, life-changing equine therapy.


Each event is part of the points system for the overall Winter Series and all points earned will count towards your final total.  Our 4-event Show Jumping Championships is aimed at riders, horses and ponies of ALL AGES and experience.

Three Trophies are awarded at the Series Final in March:

Wobblies Trophy

Presented to the rider/pony/horse combination which has accrued the most points from selected classes


The Fiona Mossan Trophy

Presented to the rider/pony/horse combination which has accrued the most points from selected classes


The Niven Family Trophy

Presented to the most improved rider of the Series.



Our show will operate within the current Covid 19 Government and Sport Scotland regulations and advice. We ask for your help with the following:

PLEASE do not attend if you are displaying coronavirus symptoms.

Please ensure face coverings are worn when indoors and we encourage you to respect social distancing.

Surgical hand gel stations are widely available throughout the showground and also within the building.

It is important that you follow signage and park and exit as directed by our marshals

Note: Any last-minute changes with regard to Covid will be advised on our website as well as via social media, always a good idea to check especially if you are coming from further afield.

Important: you will be asked to complete our Track and Trace form for you and all members of the party travelling with you to our event. The form should be handed to the Show Secretary on your arrival.


Guidelines for visiting the Yard at West Fenton

It is important that you follow the guidelines below when visiting our West Fenton yard in order to protect our ponies, thank you –


Please do not touch, pet or feed any ponies in any fields on the yard.

Please park only in the designated car parking areas as directed by our marshals.

If you are bringing your pet dog, please keep your dog on the lead at all times, and well away from the ponies. Please deposit dog poo bags in the bins provided and under no circumstances leave any bags laying around the yard or Arena.
