Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. This is dependent upon stock availability. We ask that you allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email when your order is despatched.

What is the latest date for orders?

To ensure that you receive your products in time for Christmas we recommend that you place your order before 14th December.

How much does Postage & Packaging cost?

P&P is a flat rate of £4.25 per package – this is for orders within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, overseas orders cannot currently be placed.

How can I pay for my order?

When you order online all payments are taken via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay using all major credit/debit cards.

Can I return my order?

Refund Policy

Should you wish to return any product, we will be happy to refund it providing it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for postage & packaging costs if you return part or all of your order unless faulty.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
