We’re delighted to announce that our Saturday session volunteer team were awarded ‘East Lothian Volunteer Team of the Year 2024’ at the Volunteer Centre East Lothian ‘Inspiring Volunteer Awards’ ceremony on Friday 7th June!

Representing the team to collect their award were Coaches Caroline and Isla and volunteer Lucy (pictured below). The Awards ceremony, organised by the Volunteer Centre East Lothian , is ‘A Celebration of Kindness and Dedication’, and is ‘…a celebration of the incredible dedication and effort put forth by volunteers in East Lothian.’ It’s part of ‘a larger, national initiative that spans across Scotland, where we take a moment to appreciate the kindness and generosity of our fellow citizens. It’s a wonderful opportunity to shine a spotlight on the remarkable volunteering projects that are making a difference in East Lothian.’
